Mattress Cleaning

When cleaning your mattresses, we leave them not only clean and fresh, but allergy free as well. Mattresses should be cleaned at least once every six months by a professional cleaner. This is best done by a professional using an extraction method to reduce any allergens in the mattress. A neutralising spray can also be used to reduce any allergen irritants between your regular cleaning. Not only should cleaning your mattresses be a part of your allergen control plan, but cleaning carpets and upholstery regularly as well. Here are some other ideas for controlling allergens.

  1. Wash sheets in hot water at least once a week.
  2. Wash pillows at least four times each year, unless you use a mite proof cover.
  3. Wash blankets and comforters at least once a month.
  4. Have your mattresses professionally cleaned at least once every six months.
  5. Use air filters in your rooms.
