Do you move the furniture when you are cleaning?

Provided there is space, we have the tools to move beds and other furniture around the room to ensure that we clean the entirety of the carpets. The items are then placed on either foam blocks or plastic slips to ensure that they do not stain the carpet. This process is only possible providing there is nothing left under the beds or on the ground. We always ask that any loose items be removed from rooms before we arrive.

How long will it take my carpets to dry?

On a bright, sunny day with a light breeze and plenty of ventilation, it will likely only take 4-6 hours for your carpets to completely dry. If, however, the weather is not on your side, it may take significantly longer.

If you need your carpets to be dried as quickly as possible, we suggest investigating our Deluxe + SuperDry carpet cleaning level, as the extra steps will have your carpets dry and ready for action in 2-4 hours.

Do you have allergy friendly cleaning options?

Yes, absolutely. We carry a range of eco-friendly products. Made from all natural sources, these significantly ease the allergic reactions induced by harsher chemicals.

Are you able to help if my pet has had an accident on my carpets?

Yes, we can. We have great success in alleviating the odours associated with such accidents. We must advise you, however, that while we can work with the smell and remove the crystallisation, the acidic nature of such soiling makes it near impossible to remediate any staining.

Are you able to help if my pet has had an accident on my carpets?

How long should I leave baking soda on my carpet?

For minor freshening, a few hours is sufficient. For stubborn or deeply embedded odours, leaving the baking soda on the carpet overnight will yield the best absorption results before vacuuming.

Can I use essential oils to deodorise my carpet?

While adding a few drops of essential oil to water can create a pleasant deodorising mist, you must always heavily dilute the oils. Applying undiluted essential oils directly to your carpet can cause permanent staining and leave a sticky residue that actively attracts dirt.
