Fantastic job on my wool/viscose hand woven rug. Other companies refused to even accept the job considering the uncertainty of the outcome but All Aces managed to completely remove the stain from white viscose (dirty water from a leaking pot plant) and have the rug back within one week, and at a VERY reasonable price. These guys are fantastic. Our dog was sick and made a shocking mess on our Persian rug. Our factory is fully equipped to provide your rug with the best level of attention and cleaning. We have a designated drying room which is temperature and humidity controlled. We run industrial fans and dehumidifiers to provide the perfect environment and ensure your rug is perfectly dry before returning it to your house. The drying process is a crucial step in our rug cleaning process.
How long does it take to clean my rug?
Usually 7-10 working days. We like to give your rug the time and care it deserves to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with the results.
Will you let me know when my rug is ready?
Absolutely. Our factory manager will contact you either by email, text or phone call to let you know that your rug is cleaned and ready to be picked up.
