Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Works

The scope of work will be outlined in the quote provided to the client. Any additional work requested by the client must be agreed upon in writing before commencement and will be subject to an additional charge.

1.2 Equipment and Materials

AllAces will provide all necessary equipment and materials to complete the work outlined in the quote. The client agrees not to turn off, remove, or relocate any equipment provided by AllAces, as this may affect the quality of the work. An additional call-out fee may apply if we need to re-attend.

1.3 Cancellation Policy

Once an appointment is confirmed and reserved for your job, cancellations or postponements require a minimum of 48 hours’ clear written notice given during our normal office hours. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge of 10% of the total quoted cost.

1.4 Payment Conditions

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice being sent unless otherwise agreed in writing. After 30 days of non-payment:

• An interest rate may apply to all overdue amounts.
• Recovery actions will commence, and the client will owe the unpaid amount plus all costs related to recovery efforts, including collection agency fees and legal expenses. Payments made after the 30-day period must include interest and recovery fees in full.

1.5 Furniture and Ceiling Cavities

Due to WorkSafe regulations, our technicians are NOT permitted to move furniture or items on dressers, bookcases, etc., or enter ceiling cavities unless specific arrangements have been made in advance and approved in writing.

1.6 Access

The client is responsible for making all affected areas accessible for the treatment/remediation process so the job can proceed efficiently. Accessibility includes clearing obstructions, providing keys if required, and ensuring safe conditions. AllAces takes no responsibility for call-backs due to inaccessible areas. An additional call-out fee may apply if we need to re-attend.

1.7 Pets and Animals Clause

The client is responsible for ensuring that no pets or animals are present on the site during our services that could disturb or pose a threat to our team.

1.8 Suspension of Works

Any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards AllAces’ staff or technicians will not be tolerated. AllAces reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if our team members are mistreated or subjected to hostile behaviour.

1.9 Marketing

By accepting this quote or continuing with our services, you agree to receive updates and marketing materials from AllAces Cleaning & Restoration. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in emails or by contacting us at marketing@allaces.com.au

1.10 Limitation of Liability for Preexisting Damage

AllAces will not be held liable for further wear, deterioration, or damage to areas already compromised, including but not limited to surfaces with stains, preexisting cracks, structural damage, or areas affected by mould, rust, or discolouration. Our services aim to clean and restore within the limitations imposed by the property’s current condition. The client acknowledges that certain preexisting damages may limit the effectiveness of cleaning and restoration outcomes, and AllAces provides no guarantee regarding the restoration of pre-damaged areas to an original state.

1.11 Insurance

AllAces carries appropriate insurance, including public liability and professional indemnity, for its operations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured.

1.12 Force Majeure

AllAces shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions.

1.13 Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Termination must comply with the cancellation policy and all outstanding charges must be settled before termination is finalised.
