Excellent cleaning service! This was my first time dealing with a cleaning service for domestic purposes. I am so happy with the result as well as the process that I will definitely be using this service in the future. I hired all aces to help with a clean on my mums house as a mothers day gift. From start to finish the whole process was completed in a week! Everything from communicating with the admin team to the transparency and professionalism shown by Marc and Klai was an absolute treat! All the things discussed was in my quote without any hidden charges to pump the price. They did a full deep clean on the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, lounge room, carpets and even dealt with some rubbish bags which had been cluttering her balcony for over a year. They had also managed to complete the job before my mum finished work at 2pm which gave me the opportunity to do a blind reveal with her. The carpets even turned out much better than when my mum had originally moved in so I am extremely grateful. All Aces did a great job with a declutter and thorough unit clean. They explained the process and were flexible in adjusting to changing needs. This company has performed a great mould decontamination on my vehicle. It took longer than originally quoted due to a cyclone, and there was some minor issues. However, when I brought these concerns to their attention, the staff where very helpful and professional. I received a call back from the manager within 10 mins who did everything in his power to resolve the issues and was remarkably professional and helpful.
