Upholstery Cleaning
Lounges, mattresses and soft furnishings cleaned in place, matched to the fabric code rather than a single method.
Carpet · Rug · Tile · Upholstery · Exterior
The same technicians who dry out flooded houses also clean carpets, which turns out to matter. They know how much moisture a floor can take, why a rug browns at the edges, and which treatments leave residue that makes a carpet re-soil faster than before. You get an IICRC-trained technician on a routine job, with a date booked while you are on the call.

Six services, one certified team, booked to a date while you are still on the phone.

Lounges, mattresses and soft furnishings cleaned in place, matched to the fabric code rather than a single method.

Soil lifted out of grout lines rather than smeared across them, then sealed so the result holds.

Wool, silk and delicate rugs identified by fibre before treatment, because the wrong chemistry is permanent.

Soft washing for roofs, render, paths and driveways — low pressure and the right solution, not brute force.

Treatment coordinated with cleaning, so an infestation is not simply cleaned around and left to return.

Hot water extraction with controlled moisture and a proper rinse, so the carpet does not re-soil faster than it did before.
No surprises
The single biggest reason people delay calling is not knowing what they are agreeing to. Here is the whole sequence, start to finish.
01
Answered every hour of every day. Tell us the rooms, the surface and the problem, and you will get a realistic answer about what can and cannot be improved.
02
What is included, what it costs and how long it takes, agreed before the technician arrives. No pressure selling on the doorstep.
03
Fibre and soiling are identified before anything is applied, because the wrong chemistry on the wrong fibre is how carpets get damaged.
04
The work is walked through with you before the technician leaves, along with drying times and anything that will need a second visit.
Booked while you are on the call. You get a date and a window there and then, not a promise that someone will ring you back to arrange one.
How the work is actually done
This work either follows a recognised method or it follows whoever turned up. This is how ours is set and how it is evidenced.
The clean is only as good as the rinse. Detergent left in a carpet attracts soil, which is why an improperly rinsed carpet looks worse two months later than it did before.
Wool, nylon, polypropylene and viscose all behave differently. A treatment that is routine on one can permanently damage another, so the fibre is established first.
Restoration training is the reason this matters: too much water in a floor causes delamination, browning and, in the worst cases, mould. Moisture is controlled and drying is part of the job.
Roofs, render and painted surfaces are cleaned with low-pressure soft washing and the right solution. High pressure on the wrong surface strips coatings and drives water where it should not go.
Plain English
These words turn up on every report, scope and insurance document in this field. Knowing what they mean is the difference between approving a scope and guessing at one.
What “steam cleaning” actually is: heated solution injected into the pile and immediately extracted with the soil. It is the method most carpet manufacturers specify.
Detergent left behind after cleaning. It stays sticky, attracts soil and makes a carpet dirty faster – the usual reason a cheap clean does not last.
A stain reappearing a day later as a deeper deposit travels back up the fibre while drying. It means the spill went further down than the surface suggested.
Tan discolouration, usually on natural fibres such as wool or jute, caused by over-wetting and slow drying. It is a moisture control failure, not a cleaning failure.
Low-pressure exterior cleaning that relies on the right solution and dwell time instead of force. Safe on roofs, render and paint, where high pressure is not.
A treatment applied after cleaning that helps fibres resist spills for a period, buying time to blot a spill before it becomes a stain. It is not a permanent coating.

Wesley from AllAces attended my home for the purposes of removing mold on the ceilings. His standard of work was exceptional with strict attention to detail. He also took the time to clearly explain the remediation steps. In addition he cheerfully helped me replace all the furniture after the process. I have no hesitation in recommending AllAces for any cleaning and remedial workPosted on Google![]()

Great customer service. We were very impressed with the prompt attention to our job, from quote through to the completion of the work. As an extra shout out, Louie went above and beyond and offered for us to take over the scaffolding hire which saved us over a thousand dollars with the builder. Thank you!Posted on Google![]()

I got my campervan back from a mechanic who ended up returning it with a rat infestation. After having to get an exterminator, the team at All Aces were SO quick to fit me in for a thorough biohazard/forensic decontamination & clean, I got my van back completely spotless from the horrendous condition it was returned in - not only did they fit me in ASAP but their invoice ended up so much more affordable than previous quotes I was getting for a couple weeks wait! Cannot thank them enough, Bella was so lovely and incredibly helpful as well as the rest of the team! A++++ from mePosted on Google![]()

I highly recommend All Aces! After a renovation nightmare, I engaged them for silica dust reconciliation, and they were outstanding. Javier and his colleague (I’m so sorry that I’ve forgotten your name!!!) provided exceptional 5-star customer service. Javier’s communication throughout the clean was thorough and excellent, and they were incredibly efficient, leaving the space completely spotless. On top of their professionalism, they were just genuinely nice people. The great experience started right from the beginning—the man who initially quoted the job and Isabella in the office were both fantastic to deal with. Overall, a wonderful, professional company.Posted on Google![]()

Hard working and polite technicians - arrived on time - nothing was too hard - treated yellow mould in the cellar/workshop - removed rubbish and took it away - not a trace of mess left behind. Great telephone interactions with Bella. Wonderful customer service all round. I would highly recommend AllAces to others in need of their services. Thanks - Mary - TemplestowePosted on Google![]()

This is the second time I have used AllAces for the company I work for and both times they have been excellent in their work. As a facilities manager I deal with a lot of contractors on a day-to-day basis. I often find communication is weak point for most contracted work, however, this is not the case with AllAces. From the get-go I had consistent and clear updates from admin through to the technicians. The standard of work the technician produced when rectifying an emergency mould clean at my company was incredible. The positive attitude of all employees was like none-other and the admin team, specifically Louie, was overly accommodating. I will not hesitate to use or recommend this company the employees. Thank you AllAces.Posted on Google![]()

Absolutely excellent experience with AllAces. What really stands out is the professionalism of the team, their attention to detail, and how genuinely committed they are to delivering a high standard of service. Communication is clear and efficient, everyone is friendly and approachable, and you can tell they truly care about doing things properly rather than simply getting the job done. A very well-run company with great people behind it. Highly recommendPosted on Google![]()

Typically two to four hours with good airflow, longer in humid weather or on heavy underlay. Air movers can be used where a room needs to be back in service sooner.
Not when moisture is controlled and the fibre is identified first. Shrinkage and browning come from over-wetting, which is precisely what restoration training exists to prevent.
Yes. Solutions are rinsed out rather than left in the pile, and we will tell you how long to keep the room clear while it dries.
Some will, some will not, and you should be told which before the day rather than after. Dye stains, bleach marks and long-set pet urine often need specialist treatment or cannot be fully reversed.
Around every 12 to 18 months for a typical household, more often with pets, allergies or heavy traffic. Most carpet warranties also expect periodic professional cleaning.
Usually a substantial improvement, and sealing afterwards keeps it. Grout that has been stained through or is failing may need colour-sealing rather than cleaning.
Yes. Roofs, render, paths and driveways are cleaned by soft washing where the surface calls for it, rather than high pressure everywhere.
