Who we work for
Cleaning and Restoration Services, by Sector
AllAces works to a different brief depending on who is calling. A strata manager needs the committee kept informed. An insurance adjuster needs a scope that matches the policy. A facilities manager needs SWMS and inductions before anyone reaches the gate. The restoration standard does not change between them. What changes is the reporting, the approvals, and who signs the job off. Thirty-five years, 65,000+ completed jobs, an IICRC Certified Firm with technicians across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Ballarat and the Central Coast, a line answered straight away at any hour, and a technician on site within 12 hours when it is an emergency.

The Sectors We Service
Six sectors, one set of certified technicians, one emergency number. Choose the one that matches how your work gets approved and paid for.
Property and Strata Management
Make-safe, remediation and reinstatement across managed portfolios, reported to the committee or the owner rather than to one tenant.
Home Services
Homeowners and tenants dealing with water, fire, mould or contamination – scoped in writing and billed to your insurer where a claim applies.
Commercial and Industrial
Warehouses, offices, retail and plant, scheduled around trading hours so restoration happens without shutting the operation down.
Building and Construction
Builders’ cleans, defect rectification and water ingress during construction, delivered to program with the compliance paperwork site access requires.
Government and Institutional
Schools, health, defence and social housing, with auditable records and technicians cleared for sites where occupants cannot be relocated.
Insurance
Adjusters, brokers and claims teams. Cause, scope, works and completion documented in the format a claim file needs.

How It Runs
The same four steps whether it is one property or a portfolio. You know the cost and the scope before anyone starts.
01
Make the call
One number, answered straight away at any hour. We triage on the phone and give you make-safe steps before a technician leaves the depot.
02
On-site assessment
A certified technician establishes cause and true extent with instruments – moisture mapping, thermal imaging or laboratory sampling as the job requires.
03
Written scope and cost
You receive a documented scope of works and a cost. Nothing begins until you approve it, and any variation is raised before it happens.
04
Works, reporting and sign-off
Works proceed with progress reporting suited to whoever approves. Completion documentation closes the job.
Emergencies are on site within 12 hours. Active water ingress does not wait for a booking slot. Everything else is scheduled to the service while you are on the call.
What you get
The Same Standard, Different Paperwork
IICRC Certified Firm
Work carried out to AS-IICRC S500:2025 for water damage and AS-IICRC S520:2025 for mould, not to an in-house method invented on site.
Instrument-based assessment
Moisture readings, thermal imaging and laboratory testing where clearance is required.
Insurer-ready documentation
Cause, scope, works completed and clearance results, in the format claims teams accept.
Site compliance before access
SWMS, inductions and WHS documentation up front, so trades are not held at the gate.
One coordinator
A named contact and a single job reference, rather than a call queue and a new technician each visit.
24/7 attendance
Emergencies do not keep business hours. The line is answered every hour of every day, including public holidays.
Where we work: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Ballarat and the Central Coast, with regional callouts from each branch. Whichever branch attends, the standard, the documentation and the emergency commitment are identical – a result from one city means what it means in another.
Straight answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deal with insurers directly?
Yes. We document cause, extent, scope and completion in the format claims teams need and liaise with the adjuster directly, so the property owner is not translating between a restorer and an insurer.
How quickly can you get to us?
You reach a person straight away on 1800 00 10 10, at any hour including public holidays. If it is an emergency – active water ingress, flood or fire damage – a technician is on site within 12 hours, ahead of scheduled work. For everything else the inspection is scheduled to the service while you are on the call.
Can you supply SWMS and inductions before attending?
Yes. WHS documentation, safe work method statements and site inductions are supplied before mobilisation, so access is not delayed on the day.
Do you work across multiple properties at once?
Yes. Every property is tracked from assessment to completion in one register, so a property manager or asset owner sees the whole program rather than a stack of separate invoices.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. The emergency line is answered every hour of every day including public holidays, and commercial, retail and institutional work is routinely scheduled after hours so the restoration happens without closing the site.
