What is the initial investment required to start an AllAces franchise?

The initial investment required for an AllAces franchise is between $50,000 – $100,000 depending on your territory, size and equipment needs

AllAces is a leader in the restoration field specialising in water and flood damage restoration, fire damage restoration and mould remediation. We also cover specialty services such as trauma cleaning, hoarder cleanup, lead dust removal, meth decontamination and many more.  

You do not need specific training or qualifications to be a franchisee, however you will be expected to manage sales and technicians, schedule jobs, some in-field work, customer management, general administration, networking and community events.

Individual franchise locations vary while also depending on seasonality, but you can expect 70% of your business to be restoration based with 30% cleaning and other services.  

You do not need an office to start but you will need warehouse space for your equipment and vehicles as your business grows.  

A franchise can start with you and a technician. As your business grows you can look to expand your team and equipment.
