They gave me honest and genuine feedback on the house and let me know areas of immediate action but also areas to keep an eye on. And suggestions to make my home less susceptible to mould! I used AllAces for mould remediation after consulting 2 other companies. An initial assessment was done by Joseph who was calm, friendly and importantly very knowledgeable on how to identify moisture affected areas and remediate to remove mould, including spores and hyphae. He then provided a detailed plan of the remediation works and patiently answered all my questions, as my family is sensitive to  mould and chemicals. From the initial conversation with Dave, the organising with Bella, the investigation by Joe and subsequent remediation by the team-  the process was seamless.
