Every person involved including the technicians who came out to investigate the property have been incredibly professional and an absolute delight to work with. Both Carla and Bella managed the whole process and were patient with my delays. Wes and Jeremy were tasked with cleaning the entire apartment as mould had spread and was extensive. Both Wes and Jeremy took the time to thoroughly clean the apartment, leaving no stone unturned. They promptly  communicated everything with me and kept me updated throughout the day. Wes worked out where the moisture was coming from in the apartment and Jeremy found rings that I had lost behind a cupboard they had to move. Had silica dust throughout kitchen - called All Aces at 7pm and they were here by 8pm - throughly cleaned the area and were out the door by 10pm Dali was clear and upfront on the phone and had a cleaner on the way within minutes Ethan, the young professional who arrived on site, provided an A1 service and decontaminated the area swiftly. What are the benefits of strip and seal cleaning for vinyl floors?

How often should vinyl floors be resealed?

Floors in high-traffic areas often need resealing every 1–2 years. Residential floors with moderate use may only need resealing every few years, depending on wear and maintenance habits.

Do I need to move furniture before the service?

Yes, clearing the area allows us to perform the service thoroughly. We can help with lighter items if needed, just let us know when booking.

Are the chemicals used during the stripping and sealing process safe for pets and children?

Once the sealer is completely dry and fully cured, the floor is 100% safe for both children and pets. During the active stripping and application process, the products used can have a strong odor. We ensure the area is well-ventilated, but we ask that pets and family members stay out of the immediate work zone until the floors are dry.

How should I clean and maintain my floor after it has been stripped and sealed?

To keep your newly sealed floor looking its best, sweep or vacuum regularly to remove abrasive dirt and grit. Clean up spills immediately, and damp mop weekly using a neutral pH floor cleaner. Strictly avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia, or abrasive scrubbing pads, as these will break down the protective seal.
