FAQs

How long will it take to dry?

On a sunny day with a light breeze and plenty of ventilation, it will likely only take 3-4 hours for your upholstery to completely dry. If, however, the weather is not pleasant, it may take significantly longer.

Do we need to be home while you conduct the clean?

So long as we can gain access to the items needing to be cleaned, we are okay to work autonomously.

Do you work weekends?

Our traditional business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5 pm. We can, however, work on weekends. We must advise you that this will incur a 25% after hours surcharge.
