Timber and Wood Floor Drying

Vac It Panels on a Wood Floor

The threat of water damage to a wooden floor can be serious. It can cause your surface to warp and wear out if left untreated.

All Aces Cleaning and Restoration have technicians trained in IICRC standards and the equipment to professionally dry these surfaces with ease.

We can work on all kinds of wood floors. This includes surfaces like hallways, structural floors, wood floors that are laid on top of sub-floors and even wooden basketball courts. Our employees have experience with taking care of these particular surfaces no matter how much damage has occurred.

As RIA members, we use wood floor drying procedures that are very different from the traditional air movers used  in the past. We use the Injecti-Dry system to treat wooden floors alongside Vac-It panels. This will remove moisture from the wooden floor through the support of these panels to make it all possible.

Drymatic Heat Dryer setup on a Wood Floor

Drymatic heat drying devices are also used by our Technicians.  They are have been trained by the British Damage Management Association in heat drying and can use Drymatic devices in residential properties. All of these devices work carefully to keep every surface protected.

An amazing feature about our drying techniques is they can be used without the need to sand or seal anything, even if the floors were cupped. We work hard to make the process of maintaining these surfaces as easy to handle as possible.

All Aces Cleaning and Restoration is a member of the Australian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA), an organisation dedicated to supporting new technologies and procedures in the field of floor care. We have the largest stock of drying equipment in South East Queensland and will work hard to ensure all surfaces in a property are fixed as soon as possible so the risk that comes with a property will not be a serious problem.
