Vehicle Decontamination Service – Terms and Conditions
Effective for all online bookings

By proceeding with an online booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
AllAces Restoration Services provides professional vehicle decontamination for mould, odour, biohazard (including blood and bodily fluids), and drug-related contamination (including methamphetamine residue). Services are tailored to each vehicle’s condition and conducted in accordance with recognised standards.
Please note:
• The exterior of the vehicle is not included in this quotation.
• Stains and odours may remain post-treatment depending on severity and duration of contamination.
• All works are to be carried out on-site at 4/8 Ives Street, Murarrie QLD 4172.
• Manufactured components will not be removed as part of the service.

2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings made online are reviewed prior to confirmation. You may be contacted for additional information or images to assess the condition of the vehicle. A booking is not final until confirmed in writing by AllAces.

3. Vehicle Drop-off and Access
• All vehicle deliveries must be pre-confirmed, as the AllAces depot has limited parking availability.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is delivered on time and that all personal belongings are removed.
• We do not accept responsibility for items left inside the vehicle.

4. Service Duration and Recommendations
• Treatment duration is approximately 7 business days, subject to vehicle condition and type of contamination.
• We strongly recommend replacing the cabin air filter with a new unit prior to using the air-conditioning system after decontamination.

5. Health and Safety
Do not enter the vehicle during treatment. The vehicle may not be safe for access until the process is completed, and clearance is provided.

6. Limitations
• While our processes aim to achieve the best possible results, complete removal of odours and stains cannot be guaranteed.
• A separate clearance certificate can be issued for methamphetamine-related treatments upon request and at additional cost.
• We do not dismantle or remove manufacturer-installed vehicle components.

7. Battery Disclaimer
AllAces Restoration Services takes all reasonable precautions to protect the safety and functionality of your vehicle. However, we are not liable for any issues arising from a flat or failing car battery during or after service delivery. By accepting our quote, you acknowledge this condition.

8. Pricing and Payment
Online prices are indicative only. A final quote will be confirmed after assessment. Any changes will be communicated before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a non-refundable deposit.

10. Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage or faults.
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the service.
• Loss of use during the treatment period.
Our liability is limited to the total value of the service provided.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
