All Aces Services offers 24 hour availability for emergency restoration damage caused by fire and water. We attend properties to restore the structure of the building and the contents. Sometimes the contents cannot be restored on site so we bring back some contents to restore at the factory. Contents can include things like furniture, clothing, window furnishings, and other miscellaneous items. Our team performs contents restoration with care and precision.
We recently attended a property at Kingscliffe located at North East New South Wales. The client was insured for contents only. The contents were damaged due to water damage caused by rats chewing through a water pipe located in the ceiling. The ceilings collapsed and water damage affected two bedrooms and a walk-in robe.
Some of the contents were not salvageable and were removed from the property. Other contents were salvageable and were brought back to our factory for treatment as it was not possible to restore them on site.
One of the items was a window blind. It was affected by the water damage and needed to be cleaned and treated for water marks and prevention of mould and other bacteria. We used a process called Encapsulation. You can see the progress in the pictures below. You can also see how much dirt and grime has been removed by looking at the photo with the used microfibre cloth mitten.
Restoring damaged items is often a cheaper option than replacing the item altogether. Most of the time the damaged items will end up looking almost like new once we have completed the cleaning and restoration process.
All Aces Services can also get great results from cleaning Roman blinds, vertical blinds, rubber-back curtains, sheer curtains, and more. All of our technicians are qualified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) so can be assured your personal items will be treated with care and restored to your satisfaction.
